Our Terms & Conditions are very simple and are based on our philosophy of…
“lets all be fair”.

Bookings

All bookings made are subject to, weather conditions., booked numbers, and availability on the day,

Bookings together with payments can be made using our online website and you will receive an automated booking email reference.

Once your online booking together with your payment has been validated, we will re-confirm that the chosen dates together with the numbers you have requested are available for you and send a final booked confirmation to you via email.

In the event that the online booking dates and numbers can not be re-confirmed, you will be notified by email, and given the choice of re-scheduling to alternative dates, or a full refund (excluding any processing fees), of the online booking purchase.

Email bookings are subject to the same process, as online bookings

Phone bookings, including WhatsApp and Viber, will be confirmed by email, once we can re-confirm that the weather conditions for that date together with the numbers you have requested are available.

Delays

If you know that you are going to be delayed, or are having trouble arranging transport to be at the Marina for your scheduled departure time, you must contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to assist you.
Failure to do so could potentially forfeit your options to a refund or re-booking.


Changes to bookings

Whilst we will always do our very best to accommodate you (our valued customers), changes to your booking may not always be available for the following day, or possibly for the required dates of your choosing. We strongly advise you to contact us at your earliest to make any alterations required to avoid disappointment.


Bad Weather Policy

If due to weather forecasting conditions on the day, it is unsafe for the charter to sail, the option of a “Full Refund”, (excluding any processing fees), or the option of “Re-scheduling” will apply.


Unforeseen Issues Policy

If due to unforeseen issues the charter can not go ahead as scheduled on the day, you will be notified by email, at the address provided. It your responsibility to make sure that you check your spam folder, as we have no control if you do not see our email.

If we have to cancel the scheduled tour for a specific day, or re-schedule the tour, you will given the option of a “Full Refund”, (excluding any processing fees), or a “Re-scheduling” to the next available tour of the same type.


Cancellations
  • Re-bookings:
    • We understand that things do not always go as planned, so re-bookings can be made up to 24 hours prior of the start date of your scheduled charters departure time.
  • Full refunds: (excluding any processing fees)
    • Private – Hourly Charters Cancellations:
      • Must be made no less than 72 hours prior of the start date and time of your scheduled charters departure, to qualify for a full refund.
    • Organised – Charters Cancellations:
      • Must be made no less than 48 hours prior of the start date and time of your scheduled charters departure, to qualify for a full refund.
  • Partial refunds: (excluding any processing fees)
    • Private – Hourly Charters Cancellations:
      • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior of the start date of your scheduled charters departure, are subject to 50% refund, if paid in full, or loss of deposit.
      • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior of the start date of your scheduled charters departure, are subject to no refund.
    • Organised – Charters Cancellations:
      • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior of the start date of your scheduled charters departure, are subject to 50% refund, if paid in full, or loss of deposit.
  • No Refunds:
    • If you do not show up.
    • If you fail to arrive at the Marina on time.
    • If you fail to notify us within the required time, prior to your scheduled charters departure.

Under some extreme circumstances, you could be entitled to a refund outside these guidelines, or the possibility of optionally re-booking, this is offered solely at the discretion of Rhodes Charter Boats.
